4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and online bank transfers
  • In case of payment failure or fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan
  • Estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days in Karachi and 2–5 working days for the rest of Pakistan
  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Ghar Essentials PK is not liable for delays caused by courier partners

6. Refunds & Returns

All refund and return requests are handled as per our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it before placing an order.
