Delivery Timeframes

• Karachi: 1–2 working days
• Rest of Pakistan: 2–5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on orders above PKR 2,000. A delivery charge applies to orders below this amount and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Payment Options

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, as well as EasyPaisa, JazzCash and online bank transfer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow its progress.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement.
