- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
- Used or customer-damaged items
- Items without original packaging
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery
- Share your order details and photos showing the issue
- We'll review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we'll arrange pickup or guide you on sending the item back
